From Tourism to Cooking Since 2005
My journey began in 2005, working in the tourism industry in Marrakech. I started in a guest house, where I had the pleasure of welcoming visitors from around the world and sharing the beauty of Moroccan culture and hospitality.
Over the years, my experience in tourism helped me understand what travelers are really looking for: authentic moments, warm connections, and unforgettable local experiences. Meeting guests every day inspired me to share more than accommodation – I wanted to share the heart of Moroccan life.
My passion for traditional food and healthy vegetarian cuisine naturally grew stronger, and step by step, I became a cooking instructor. Today, I am proud to welcome guests who want to discover the flavors of Morocco through fresh ingredients, local traditions, and hands-on cooking experiences.
